This place is awful .I can say they are friendly however that doesnt make up for what they did to my hair. I had natural hair and went for a blow out my hair was past my shoulders . I went for a blow out and color and so when they put the color in my hair they left it on for longer than a hour . So when i complained i was told it wouldnt take to my hair so keep it in long . Then once i was getting it washed out my hair it was a awful smell . She started to comb my hair and part it to start to blow it out when it started to fall out. When i asked her why is my hair falling out she said it was dead hair not to worry. I yelled at her and told her to get off my hair and no i think my hair is falling out .She then went to get her higher up who started to proceed where she left off and i asked again why is my hair falling out i said my hair wasn't like this . she said its just dead hair to calm down . so i did then when she was done my hair was really thin and straight . I left then a couple days later my hair was still straight not even sweated out or anything i thought it was strange , so i washed it it was falling out in the comb. so weeks of my hair falling out to the point my hair was to my neck i wrote a review on facebook and called and complained and so fourth and tried to contact the owner who everytime i called there was a reason why she couldn't get on the phone. yet she had her friend address me on facebook and say sorry on her behalf and to come down so they can talk to me . i asked her did you guys mix perm in my shampoo she said no without even asking or knowing who i was . and when i said that to her her response was i do know who this is the girl with the dimple piecing. So if you didnt do it then how would you know who i am ???unless you did it, and the only reason i asked that was i read numerous stories online about how salons do this to people with natural hair to make their hair easier to tame. however that day i got a color so a perm and color you CANNOT do together . When i went there and spoke with her she offered to give me a month of free deep conditioning. (WHY WOULD I TRUST HER TO DO MY HAIR AGAIN AFTER SHE MADE MY HAIR FALL OUT???) this place is awful and they are liars just want your money . Be careful
