3 starts because gas prices are fair typically one of the cheapest Shell in Worcester. But it's a very high traffic area in the morning. The layout isn't great to handle the traffic in the lot. It's very common to have 2 or more pumps out of service. The car wash is definitely broken down more often than it is operating. Very convenient to have a Dunkin Donus and Subway in with a very good convinient store but good luck getting anything near your order from this DD. Employees are hit or miss. Some very nice and polite, some rude and won't even acknowledge you. I try to avoid it lately due to the broken pumps and lazy employees to activate the pump.
