I love this place and all of the workers.I recently lost my wallet and Shaws was the furthest place on my mind!.They left a message to come pick it up.This was last Wednesday! Today's Thursday! When I went there I knew I was going to spend the forty dollars that was in the wallet in Shaws,if it was still there. It was! I did, And I was happy as hell.The manager and the chicken Man Are , The BEST.

*UPDATE* - After all of their recent renovations, their efforts to improve really show! I think Randolph generally doesn't like to eat very healthy, so when I have a few mild complaints about variety of healthy things like frozen veggies or organic isle stuff, I'm probably the only one, but otherwise they have made marked steps to be a clean, friendly, well-stocked facility. Selection is only okay, produce quality is sub-par at best, but the store is clean and the staff are -generally- pleasant and helpful. Of course they have their grumps, it's not a fun environment to work in (since this is now the only store around, it's always very busy and many customers can be quite rude and overbearing as a result), but I've found so long as you are polite, they are all happy to be polite in return. I especially praise the deli/fish department and customer service folks - they are always very energetic and helpful!
