They told me it would take two to three hours for an oil change. I told them I was staying to wait and I was told I would be contacted when it was done. Luckily, I decided to get a ride home because I had to call them 6 hours later when I had still not heard about my car and they guy in the phone offered no apology, just said yeah it's done. Then when I went to pick up my car they had me waiting an additional 10 minutes just to pick it, also no courtesy check were done as advertised.
