Purchased a mattress and payed for weekend delivery. They never showed up with the delivery and never bothered to notify me either. They stated they could not refund the weekend delivery fee also. They then guaranteed my re-scheduled delivery and you guessed it, the delivery did not come again. It will be one month and my mattress has not arrived. No one wants to take accountablitly and every department blames the other department. At this point I might just go get a refund.
