About a year ago I met with Mr.MacLachlan for a crime I did not commit and told him my story , After he had all the facts , all dockets , police records etc he assured me that this case was worth fighting and it was a 50/50. I even didn't have all the money upfront and he set up a contract to pay him monthly ( after putting up 75 % of the cash upfront ) . We had 4 months before the trail and it was like pulling teeth to get this guy on the phone , Anyways on the day of the trail he completely changed the scrpit and said if I didn't take the plea I would not win . The plea was the same extact plea my court order attorney offered months before , the same plea he said was a bluff cause they didn't want to go to trail so I basically wasted my money cause I could have got the same deal without hiring him . The next part is what made me believe without a doubt that he's a fraud , after I told the judge I waived my rights etc and papers where signed I saw him walk up to my prosucutor asking how his daughter is and talking about a play date thier kids had coming up . Dont hire this guy , your better off paying more for better representative or using a court appointed one . He manipulated bad .
