Ryder Truck Rental

Beware! Credit card FRAUD INVOLVED!!! Rented a truck for the commercial needs back in July. My original reservation was for 3 days and they took a deposit of $450. In couple days I contacted Ryder office to extend my reservation through the end of the week, so they told me they have to get an additional deposit of $795 ($1245 total), which was fine with me. When the truck was returned Ryder representative told us they will deposit my credit card with the difference (after miles, fees, etc.) A month later I got my statement and found $378 deposit back to my card and $1245 extra charge by Ryder! I called to resolve the issue and every time they gave me false promises that someone should call me back. Finally, I called my bank however, there are 60 days dispute timeline that I missed (( Last week I got a new bank statement with $1000 charge from Ryder. I call my bank immediately and they requested a receipt for $1000 from Ryder. And... Yesterday my bank told me they got a copy of the invoice with a copy of my driver license for the truck rental in July?!!!

I drive a truck and come here often, the fuel guys are so lazy and the only thing they are here is to just milk the clock, they have no concern about the people waiting in line, they will just chitchat with each other's , today I am here waiting to fuel up and so far it's more than 35 minutes, and when i drove up was only one truck a head of me, But hey they might be unionized so they don't care
