I've been a long-time customer but often times not happy with the service staff. I had a cleaning/prep yesterday that was by far the best service I have experienced in 10 years. Rick was courteous, knowledgeable and able to quickly diagnose little things that he wasn't happy with and got my stove up and running smoothly and efficiently. I was very impressed. He was also very personable and informative providing me with many tips and tricks. Thank you Rick Wilson!!

Rick Wilson of Royal Fireside did a fantastic job cleaning my pellet stove today. He is personable, informative, and has an old fashioned standard of excellence. I learned a couple of new things that will help me with my future stove upkeep. This is the best servicing I've had for my pellet stove, by far, in the five years or so I've owned it. They have the worst service. I talked to jimmy in there office couple of times and made appointment but he never showed up. never even bother to call me to notify that he is not coming. Don't do business with royal fireside because they suck. it's a waste of time and money. they don't appreciate your business.
