I literally have had a terrible experience with this team. They sent me a letter in my mailbox last month saying they have someone who wants to see my house (house not on market but could be). Convo back and forth, then asked if the potential buyer could walk the land the next day. We said of course, then got a call asking for an exclusive showing (house was not on market so cleaned for two days, went out of our way and was kind and polite to potential buyers). Cliff the realtor told us he would call us and give us feedback. Never did. Emailed him, texted him, nothing! Finally got him a few weeks later and asked what was going on and he was meeting with buyers that week and would call us right after that. Weeks ago, NOTHING....NO THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME TO SHOW YOUR HOUSE WHEN IT IS NOT ON THE MARKET. NOT A THANK YOU FOR AN EXCLUSIVE NOT EVEN A THANK YOU GOODBYE....Rude, obnoxious and obviously this must be his first time showing a home and clearly they do not teach manners at this agency. And I am certain they have never entered Weston before either or they would have known to say "thank you but no thank you". Classless and rude and this is why one should stick to top agency's like Mizner Simon Benoit....The classiest real estate company on the planet!!!! Remax remix whatever stinks...NO STARS IS WHAT I WOULD CHOOSE. .Cliff London was the so called realtor...
