Credible, engaging, informative, and memorable sessions. The program does not attempt to reinvent the wheel but rather presents timeless fundamentals in a refreshing delivery. There was a concern that the live video delivery might dampen the experience or that being brokers from another state that we might not translate the curriculum effectively, but it was quite the contrary. We felt part of something larger and it was easy to apply the material within our local customs and protocols. As a broker I see this as an opportunity to provide my agents with the best training possible without having to do everything from the ground up myself. It is also a great recruiting tool, because what agent wouldn't want the best training possible? We are happy customers.
