This company is very unprofessional. They missed my delivery 3 times in a row. The 1st time the customer service person I spoke to tried to convince me that I did not have a scheduled delivery. The second time I took a screen shot of the scheduled delivery the day before but still recieved my water 2 days late. In addition to a 3rd delivery being now 3 business days late, they also only credited me for 7 of the 8 return deposits I gave them. Don't use this company if you want your water delivered as scheduled. If you do be sure to check your invoice for mistakes from the "amazing" autopayment system....
