Front office staff are horrible. There are "policies" in place that no other health care facility follow which is strange. Then the "office manager" who clearly needs to start a new career because she does not know how to problem solve at all. My issue was my primary care had been switched to Dr. Jevon but had not been updated on my insurance providers website. So I provided the office with a contact number to my insurance provider with a reference number so that my change of primary care could be confirmed. Not sure if there actually is a policy or if the front staff are just lazy but they refused to call my provider to confirm. Now I'm just found out I am pregnant with my first child and wanted to set up an appointment asap. Well policy prohibits me to schedule an appointment. If the office manager knew how to problem solve she could have said let's set up an appointment and we can clear insurance information tommorow when we receive that you have changed your pcp to Dr. Jevon. No she refused. Hopefully all the stress doesn't cause any health issues for me or my new baby. Thanks for the help office staff you where wonderful.
