Blown away! We have been customers with Mass Irrigation since 2008 when they installed a complete system for us. They came each spring to open and each fall to winterize. Last winter my husband was ill so things didnt get done. My son in law winterized for us because it was late and had been forgotten. We called today to have them come get ready for spring and they told us they couldnt help us any more because we were no longer their customer. (one season missed) thats their policy and we couldnt get anyone to overturn that decision no matter what. This was never told to us EVER that if we missed once we were terminated. Beyond dissapointed!!!!!1
