Patty at the office was very helpful and accommodating. Thomas the technician called 30 minutes prior to arriving this morning and arrived 15 minutes early to answer any of our questions before beginning the treatment. He was thorough and helpful. We are using this service for a flea situation. Treatment was today, so we will see how it goes, but as far as customer service and professionalism, Proof has proven well at both!
