Volvo website - I was able to search and find car models at this dealership (and others in NE) that I was interested in along with options and pricing. I used the text chat option to confirm cars of interest were still available. Initial call - Volve quickly called me back to set up an appointment with a sales associate. Sales person called within minutes to ask a few questions and confirm timing of my appointment. Dealer visit - my spouse and I were greeted right away by name and the car I’d inquired about was prepped and ready to drive. The salesman took our licenses and filled in the paperwork for the test drive. We were offered drinks and snacks. Road test - we took turns driving on backroads and highway (495) during the 15 minute drive. The Salesman could not answer our questions about options included in different trim levels. He suggested we identify what was important to us feature-wise. He would check when we were back at the dealer which he did. Exploring Other Cars & Final Decision - We initiated discussion and exploration of other cars on the lot. We sat in several cars just to understand the full lineup of models. This helped reassure us that the V60 Cross Country provided everything we wanted/needed and wasn’t loaded with expensive features we didn’t want. Pricing and Paperwork - this took much longer than it should - over two hours. Granted we were there on a spring day on a Saturday but they didn’t appear busy. They did apologize but we were left to make small talk for over 90 minutes until the person responsible for financing/title/registration freed up. He explained there was a ‘rush’ of buyers that morning which resulted in the delay. This gentleman was very professional - knowledgeable, organized, fast. He processed our trade in and finalized the paperwork quickly. Overall, we had a positive experience. We found a car we liked very much at a reasonable price at a nearby dealer - all in less than 5 hours.
