Sarah Jean from the Allston office has been cordial, and unbelievably helpful, even after signing the lease. On the weekends or during random times, she'll still respond to all kinds of questions. Jeff and another man from that office have been helpful, and on point when I've talked to them, too. I see a lot of negative reviews on here, and I understand how it can happen - we post when we're angry, or maybe someone was rude to you, but I'm so grateful for my experience.

Secretariat inept and abhorred do not know how to treat people. I do not recommend it at all.
