Pratt Trucking

We are with Pratt. Our recycling bin wheels broke off (when bin was emptied by them). I asked her for a new bin. No problem she said they'll come in a few days. Week goes by. I call and explain no where to put recycling. She says prop it up and fill it, they'll take it full. Call, coming in a few days. So I wait and call and its been 2.5 weeks and no bin. Told her bin was full. No problem. The guy shows up and leaves new bin. She calls and lvs message that he had a pick up truck and that's why he couldn't take bin, because the bin is full. Doh it's been 2.5 weeks of filling it. She says they will come back for it. Then she calls me this morning and tells us we have to haul it to the street, truck can't go up our driveway. Both of us are over 55 and cannot haul a 100 lb bin down a150 foot dirt driveway. She says we have to. No other choice. We shouldn't have filled it she insists. You told me to I said to her. Well we can't take it now. I told her I have no one physically able to haul it and that was never the plan based on what she told me to do. This is not rocket science, why can't you get your employee to haul it down the driveway? Now she says they will try and figure something out. No kidding it's your problem, not mine. Terrible customer service. Just terrible.
