I have been training here for years now and I love it. Shihan Marco is a knowledgeable, friendly instructor who is great with kids and adults alike. The fitness kickboxing program is an amazing workout, after just six weeks of going twice a week, I experienced an entire body transformation--my legs, core and arms became toned, I had better stamina, and most importantly my mental health improved. You can see Shihan Marco's experience through the way he adapts to each student's learning style. He sets clear expectations and practices the right balance of strict and fun. The karate students here all have self discipline, follow instructions, and do extremely well in tournaments if they choose to participate in them--it's not your run of the mill american martial arts school where you can just pay your way to a black belt, and the students here all respect that. They have pride and nurture a friendly atmosphere. The school is colorful, welcoming, and well equipped with lots of gear. The belt system is defined and uncomplicated and Shihan even provides online resources to all students. I would absolutely recommend this place to parents and adults looking to get in shape.
