Park Shuttle & Fly

Came back form vacation late Sunday & had to fly early Monday. Had my pick up truck detailed (mid tier pricing). Exterior as expected but interior was much better than my normal local shop. Nice surprise!

Easy, convenient, everyone is friendly and polite. Always greeted with a smile and when we leave it is the same. So much easier than dealing with the hassle of parking at the airport. The shuttle is always there ready and waiting and it is just a short hop to the airport. We would not go anywhere else ever.

We flew in late, 2am, the shuttle driver was nice and helpful. The man checking us out was confrontational and aggressive and wouldn't listen to reason. He insisted we give him a ticket that the driver had taken when we gave him his tip. We tried to explain that the driver had taken the ticket but he didn't believe us. When we suggested he call the driver and he told him he had the ticket, there was no apology only an additional charge. Really awful experience.
