I’d give them a negative if I could. Last spring we were sold a dodge truck. There were a few issues we were promised would be fixed. They weren’t done until June, and even then not fixed properly. When confronted about this we were threatened and had to get the police involved. To this day the issues weren’t fixed and we have had to pay for it ourselves. Avoid this place at all costs. I have filed a complaint with the attorney general and the BBB. AVOID!!

If I could, I would rate this dealership below zero. John Bucco, there sales rep, is a pathological liar who does drugs and lies about everything he says. Do not trust this man whatsoever. We bought a Volkswagen Jetta from them and when purchased he drove the vehicle for the test drive, we paid cash, and with that whole situation, they screwed up a bill of sale and the title twice before they got it correct a third time which ended up costing us money, not them, with no reimbursement. After the vehicle was purchased, the check engine light came on prior to the inspection which was done the same day of delivery which was two weeks after the date of purchase. The vehicle was filthy and not detailed as promised by Mr Bucco, and then he made a phone call to his friend at Emerald gas also on Route 1 in North Attleboro, and sent me there for a sticker having me pay them $40 cash for the sticker. The guy at Emerald, scanned my VIN numbers checked my lights, horn, and wipers, and had me out of there in under 5 minutes. So I was given a sticker with a check engine light on and the car overheating severely by John's friend again illegally for $40. And the car was overheating every single time it was driven, they said it was this and then replaced it with a junkyard part, then they said it was that and replace it with a junkyard part, then they said it was this and replace it with a junkyard part, and then they said it was that and replace it with a junkyard part, and finally they said it must be the water pump which they said the first time and ruled it out. So while the car was broke down in my driveway, the mechanic Brian, came to my house to work on the car for a fourth time at my house alone never mind the three times it was fixed at the dealership. He had the water pump and all parts associated, and I have him on video surveillance and still pictures moving my motor into a sideways position compromising just about everything under the hood and banged out the job carelessly while doing cocaine. Again, I have this all on video tape if anyone would like to see it. After the water pump was done I got a severe shaking in the vehicle and was told by Brian the mechanic to bring it to the shop at 10 at night for him to take a look and told me that it was the struts. Well, we were driving down the street and all of a sudden the car started running very hard and shaky so we pulled over immediately and noticed that the engine was both sideways and sitting way below it was supposed to be. The motor was pushed all the way to the left of the vehicle and all the way to the front against the radiator. I called the dealership with no answer of course, and I called John who answered the phone and gave it to Brian who told me to take a picture and send it to Jons phone and he would call me right back to let me know how to move forward. Well, of course he didn't call me back, so we made the Judgment ourselves and have the vehicle towed to our house. I called the dealership Jon and Brian numerous times with no answers, call backs, or even the decency of a text. Now I know it was because they know what was wrong with the vehicle. The Volkswagen dealership sent the mechanic to my house who said that it was the motor mounts and to have it towed to the VW dealership because old school wanted nothing to do with it even though they were given multiple opportunities to make good on Brian's negligent work. So now at this point, the vehicles at the VW dealership and upon proper diagnosis, I was told that one of the motor mount was broken inside the engine, two were missing, and the one remaining was able to be removed by 2 fingers and no tools at all. The dealership stated that this happened due to negligent installation of the water pump which I have Brian on camera installing in my driveway while smoking marijuana and doing cocaine. Now, John let me borrow his daughters car. I went through the car because I had noticed empty baggies laying around and a letter to his daughter Alicia or Olivia bucco, and the car was full of cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
