NV Candles

The first order of samples was great... when they finally arrived a month after purchase. The lack of communication is above all the most unsatisfactory.. the products are great if you can ever get "Nick" to respond back to your emails. This company has left a bitter taste in mouth as I reached out multiple times to see what was going on and they just stopped communicating. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME with NV Candles.

My business partner ordered a ton of candles from here. They smell good, and the price is good for what you get. The problem is she kept getting broken candles in every shipment. The first time it happened someone replied. After that no one responded, she sent pictures of damaged boxes and broken candles. They were not packaged well in shipment and it's hard to tell which ones are broken when you reach for a candle. I personally cut myself twice unloading candles that were broken. Decent enough product but dangerous and apparently no one cares if the boxes contain broken candles.
