After initial notification and viewing of "NORTHERN PAVING'S" uneven paving and water/ice that was accumulating in the low paving areas, "NORTHERN PAVING" reluctantly agreed to correct the faulty paving job.
After many months of excuses and delays, I was notified by "NORTHERN PAVING" that they decided NOT to correct their extremely poor paving installation at my residence.
After I retaining a lawyer, many court appearances and "ALL" of the court rulings being in my favor, each of which was appealed by "NORTHERN PAVING", the final appeal was dismissed and "NORTHERN PAVING" was ordered, by the court, to refund the entire cost of the "VERY POOR" paving job :-(
