We bought our Jacuzzi 335 from Joe in Auburn, Ma and are very happy with our purchase. Our second spa and it couldn't have gone any smoother. Joe answered any question we had prior and was quick to respond, on his day off, when we called concerning our chemist skills once it was set up. He was educated on every aspect of owning and maintaining a spa, from the physical and chemical maintenance to its energy efficiency. He answered every question I had (and still answers questions after the installation was already made) and was never pushy. The delivery and installation went smoothly and was done correctly.
