While this place has great reviews, I feel it does not speak well enough for children with special needs. I would not recommend this place. When I've been here, I get the feeling that they are trying to be professional which is great but I do not feel that they know how to interact with people on a personal level. My child didn't want to sit in the seat and they seemed irritated that he wasn't sitting still. Then they said he could get up and he immediately bolted for the door while running past all the receptionists who stared and glared at me for not controlling my kid. Finally the dentist came in and my kid didn't want to open his mouth because let's face it, if you wouldn't understand why someone was putting their fingers in your mouth, you wouldn't open it either. I was then informed I needed to floss my autistic 2 year old's teeth. I get that flossing is an important thing here but my child didn't even want to open his mouth for the dentist, how the hell did they expect me to floss his teeth?! Then they made sure to give me "pointers" on how to do so. Needless to say, none of their suggestions worked and we have since found another dentist.
