Natural Nails

Walked into the salon with an open mind despite all the bad reviews and I'm sad to say they are true the owner is rude and quite aggressive I got my natural nails done and she use an acrylic filer on them and filed onto my skin. I've never had someone file my shape so on unevenly, something that supposed to be convenient turned into an inconvenience for me because now I have to go back home and file it so it's smooth. And on top of that very thick gel leaked onto the side of my nails onto the skin so it burned in the UV light and now it just looks sloppy . I'm so disappointed right now .

I went there and they tried to charge me way more than usual. Like I never got my nails done before I kno the prices of what I always get done. So when I brought it up they want to tell me oh pay for this now and when you come back we will finish. I'm not going to pay for something I didn't walk out the shop with. Because it's not a Guarantee I'm coming back. After my experience there I will never go back there. There customer service sucks and always under staffed. Very rude. The owners before were very different. Now that they took over it's bad customer service

They always leave nails unfinished, and no polish on the sides.
