One of the worst businesses to deal with ever. Pool installed after nearly two months of constant rescheduling and cancellations in summer 2016. The installers were terrible to work with. They finally put up the pool and left with zero instructions and care information for us. Pool broke over the winter (big shocker) and it has now taken us two store visits and four phones to order the section of the pool that needs to be replaced. Namco has clerks, but beyond basic checkouts only managers can do any ordering or actual customer service work. Still haven't been able to order it. Pool is unusable and the damage isn't being covered by the warranty they were so proud of in 2016. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other company to buy from.
