I"m writing this review on behalf of my Grandparents. As a concerned relative with a remodeling background please do not choose this business and note the following.
a. Customer Service is poor (If you don't like the work performed and or if they're crews did an "awful job" they are unwilling to work with you. "Or correct mistakes they made"
b. Prep work prior to painting was also horrible, no sanding or scraping or regard for cleanliness.
c. Flooring installed was damaged and they went over an old floor. Lets put this into perspective, if you're a seasoned professional you're not gonna go over the floor you're replacing. You will remove the old and lay new material down to support the new.
d. I'm going to list customer service again because this business does not value their customers. If you've had a good experience, great .. and you're probably the only one and probably have no clue as to what a quality job is.
e. To the owner, be thankful nobody is pursuing legal actions. As a grandson .. I would be more than happy to devote my time and finances to hire a lawyer.
