The tools they have are over 5 years old and have them priced as if they were new and at a high price for being old and no guaranty hmmmm, shop around ok.

Front desk assistant was Extremely rude I had never been in this store before-and I walked through the front door and tripped over a wire and was instantly yelled at by a worker. How about "are you ok ma'am?" Instead. It shouldn't have even been in the doorway. I, then, asked him if he was interested in buying a nice set of left irons for golf and snapped "NO, DON'T WANT." (Mind you he didn't even see them, nor the brand because they were in my trunk) Even if he had made an offer I wouldn't have sold them to him. On my way out I saw two 10 inch speakers for a car, I was extremely intrested in buying this set (putting his ignorance aside) and wanting them badly, I asked him "how much for the two 10 inch speakers" maybe because I'm a women he thought he could fool me. He talked to me like I was an idiot by telling me that they were 12" and I know what I'm talking about and I can tell just by looking at them that they were most definitely NOT 12". I told him that and he said "oh, yea those are 10s your right". This was after he YELLED ten times they were 12 inches. He tried to tell me that they were priced the same way regardless of the size and I laughed. I asked a price for the 10s again instead of him pricing them like they were 12 inches. To which he replys "they're two hundred no matter what". Hahaha way overpriced for that brand, inch, lack of customer service, the store is an absolutr disaster, and not to mention that the speakers were laying on the ground with other electronics's piled on top of the ones l wanted all the way to the ceiling, and he still continued snapping saying that they were again 12"" and 200. I just walked out. Horrible service, I would have bought them if he negotiated correctly and spoke with humanity and treated his laying customers better. He lost a sale and I'll speak the truth of his place anytime I hear of it now. I will NEVER RETURN.
