Hold my place on line for 11:40, arrived early ~11:30 and signed in at the desk. While another patient got called first at 11:40, as she also used "hold place" on line. But she arrived later than I did so obviously she was late for her appointment. How come she still got called first if she is late!? She should be skipped! The system sucks and it lost the meaning of time for an appointment! This is on my work break. If you are delayed like this then what is the meaning of appointment time?!
