Terrible! The technican need constant direction "trim my toes more pleae, dont you have a scrub?, can u take the dead skin off my feet please? ". Why do i have to this? Anyways. I left unhappy . My toes pinch and the polish was odd. I complained but still had to pay. I called a few days later , twice, and no manager called me back. Very unpleasant cistomer service. Im not going back - even of it's free.
