I had a very disturbing experience at this hotel. I checked into my room #409. The Windows were wide open with no screens, dead bugs piled in the window track. Looked as though the bed had been laid in. The front desk gave me a new room #515. This room was worse. I set my purse on the desk and it stuck to the desk, the window track again was piled with dead bugs. There was dried urine on the toilet seat. My colleague who was in room #415, his room smelled of sweaty balls. There were patches of carpet missing on the floor and his matress pad was stained with giant yellow stains. Worst experience ever!! We checked out and got a room else where. What's sad was we stayed at a La Quinta the night before in Springfield and that place was amazing. What a night and day difference.
1. Location was excellent. Supermarket across the street. Burger King and McDonalds right next door and a liquor store down the block. Everything a overnight guest needs. 2. Had a older hotel feel but the Room was a decent size. Clean and well made up. Hearing/ac unit was a little loud. 3. Breakfast was what you'd expect...loved the little fruit danishes ...you could make pancakes or have a toasted bagel. 4. Staff was friendly. Checking in and out was a breeze.
