Had an excellent experience with Steve over at this location. I hit a big pothole over the holiday weekend and it threw my exhaust system out of whack, I put in an appointment request online and Steve called me the next day. His crew was able to look over my car in a few minutes to determine the problem and order the parts they needed. My first appointment, I was there maybe 15 minutes. Very quick.
I had to wait a few days extra for the parts to come in, I don't know if it had anything to do with my car being over 20 years old or if it was coincidence that they didn't have them on hand, but once they did, Steve got me in and completed the job in just a couple hours. He also let me know of a few other problems that needed attention but didn't try to get me to do anything that I didn't need. When the time comes, I'll be calling up Steve again to take care of it.
