I had my SUV repaired here and it was the worst experience ever. It was a never ending nightmare. It took them over a month to repair what my insurance company quoted would take only 4 days to repair. They used zero primer when painting my tailgate. They left deep sanding marks in the finish of the paint, spots where there previous paint shows through. They painted over bubbling rust on the rear side of the tailgate. They further damaged the vehicle chipping the paint by the hinges when installing the window. The window they put on my tailgate that they said was A+ quality has sections of the window defroster missing on it. The rear defroster doesn't function at all. There were stickers left on the rear window that abstract my view . They charged me for new parts that were not installed. They stole parts off my original tailgate. They broke my drivers side mirror and wedged it back in so it wasn't noticeable at first glance. They didn't test anything on the vehicle or double check fitment. My third tail light was given back to me with all 5 bulbs burnt out and the housing melted. I was made aware of that by the officer that pulled me and my fiancee over the day we picked up the vehicle. My rear window hinges were bent and crooked and when i pointed it out he went off on me and my fiancee and began swearing at us. He was unwilling to fix anything on the car and began to say you don't know how hard it is to paint a car and find parts. Stan the licensed adjuster at the shop used to have his own shop in the Orchard but it went under because of his sever anger problems. just hope i make every one aware of the poor customer service this shop offers and hope no one ends up in a situation like i did where i had to bring my vehicle yet again to another shop and pay out of my pocket to make my vehicle in drivable condition
