Great service from the beginning to the end. Gary was efficient and got the job done with pricing and also dealing with my requests.. the sales manager Cong and finance manager James were absolutely amazing as well! They were a great team! My new car had a little issue and they replaced and cleaned my car annndddd stayed after work hours to make it right... that’s what I call customer service! I am a very happy customer ☺️ I
I took my car in for a service recently and spent over $2000 on various things. I have also been a 5 year customer that has spent well over $10,000 in services to the car. They ended up damaging the digital LED screens during the service. When I pointed this out the only response I got was the car is old and things like this happen. There was zero accountability and no inclination to even share the cost of repair with me. I still haven't even gotten an apology for what happened. Brad Johnson is the GM there and even he would not apologize. They tried to get Mercedes-Benz USA parent company to pay but when they declined Mercedes-Benz of Natick declined any help as well. This was the second time I take my car in for service and they return it to me worse off than when I brought it in. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Unfortunate way for them to run their business. If you don't have a new car this place wants nothing to do with you or your business and they will treat you poorly.
