McDonald's

The manager asking us what we wanted to eat was lousy and didn't treat us with respect. Terrible place. The service was slow, drive thru took forever. Never eat here.

This chain does not depict what customer service should look like. Recently, my friend had a visit where he had to wait an hour to be served while the staff refused to serve the crowd because of a group of people at the beginning of the line. Such behavior is simply unacceptable. Tonight, we were told that "their ice cream machine was broken" and we could not be served our milkshakes. However, moments later, another staff member started making a milkshake for another customer. We are aware that a milkshake at such hour is not ideal for the work staff, but when one proceeds to make some in front of us it is just disrespectful and displays an immense amount of laziness. Then, after watching that, the worker asked if I would like a different type of menu item to replace one item on my order instead of the two I originally had. Frustrated and wanting to leave with my friends, I said sure to speed up the process. When I checked the bag they had replaced both of my items with the ones that were easiest for them. To put things to a close, this is the worst McDonald's in the history of McDonalds, and no one should go here ever.
