I bought a mattress from the Beverly location 7 weeks ago and had a very unpleasant experience from start to finish. But I LOVED the mattress. 7 weeks in and I’m having issues with the mattress already having an indent in the middle. I was told I had 120 days to exchange the mattress but I didn’t want to go back to the Beverly store and deal with the man I did last time. So I went to the Peabody location I was created by a friendly new person and explained the situation. He then brought me over to Michael who could better assist me. Michael was AWESOME! He made the process quick and painless and hooked me up in effort to change my customer experience and make up for all the inconveniences that happens the first time around. Thank you so much Michael! This time I am leaving a very happy customer and will definitely recommend you anyone asking. Go see Michael at sleepys in Peabody (he will be moving to Beverly soon, so don’t not shop at Beverly based on this review, just make sure you ask for Michael! :) )
The amount of effort provided to have customers reach satisfaction in their products is phenomenal. I like working with the regional manager too, Brian. His knowledge about the surrounding stores is quite helpful.
Very good selection and extremely knowledgeable and helpful sales people. Greg and Brian were great to work with! Scheduled next day delivery and paperwork was simple and quick. Great experience!
