Massage Envy - Danvers

Ugh where do I start.... my husband got his massage first to his surprise it was a male doing his massage. He was out of his comfort zone but proceeded with just getting his shoulders and back massage while leaving on his clothes. My husband knew if he didn't get the massage I wouldn't have either. He was not aware that the same man would massage me.(Nothing against that employee) Having a man massage me is totally out of my comfort zone. I drove an hour and a half to get my massage on mothers Day. They failed to communicate that they only had male employees to do the massage. My husband and I would have not booked. While we were not charged we also weren't compensated for the inconvenience any ordinary day no big deal, but on Mother's Day what a disappointment. The last 2 Mother's Day my husband had no luck booking an appointment. Disappointed. Bad luck with massage envy. I'll try a different company.
