I had a very pleasant experience here. I arrived around 4pm on a Thursday and promptly saw the customer service lady who printed me a ticket with my number on it. I was called up after about 5-10 minutes of waiting. The lady at the counter (her name was Connie, I believe) was very friendly and very helpful. All in all, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Very well run and clean place here.
