Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles

The wait time at this place is atrocious. I went in around 11 and got a number ticket around 11:40. I got a call had to leave. I figure I would come back on a "less busy day". I went to the job I had to do, ate lunch and came back two hours later. They weren't even close to calling my number. There were still approx. 20 ticket numbers before me. So I sat for another hour and finally got called and I could get out of there. Total time if I sat there would have been close to 4 hours. If I managed a location the same way this place is currently being run I would be fired. Also for the last hour I sat there two of the TV displays showing the current customer number were non functional. One had a full screen pending Windows Update message and the other kept going through an initialization loop. Completely inexcusable and shows how poorly this place is managed.
