Massachusetts Department of Transitional Assistance

Clean, spacious, lots of seating in wait room, good parking, handicap accessible; elevator on left side of entrance (if facing building), convenient location, security & staff friendly & professional. While there are constantly long waits; most days it seems the general atmosphere is still better than many other locations, such as Boston. Everything is done much quicker here. The front desk staff were a huge help in answering all my questions on the applications & processes, enabling me to now help 2 of my family members.

I worked here for less than a year would not recommend this place to anyone, I was sexually harassed by the director of the facility and management turned around and tried to fire me. Horrible management !!
