My experiences have not been good in the past few months. Sense their has been wait staff changes. Waitresses very young and they used to have good young waitresses. In the past motivated welcoming and were into the job with a smile and good servise. Now it's like an effort for you to get waited on. Order food and it to come out right. Been going there over 15 yrs. I see a very big change in managing wait staff and food I was a frequent customer who felt like family back about 6 months ago. It has changed tremendasly not for the good but lack of communication skills waitress skills and I don't plan to return to often. You had a great waitress kelly she was a go getter loved her job her customers and being there to bend over backwards to makesure her customers were happy made sure the right food was ordered to cook nothing came out wrong. Except she's no longer there to bad cause she was Great! Hopefully you can improve on training wait staff how to be friendly into there job it's customer satisfaction or the customer will not come back. If waitresses are moody food order is wrong. I hope you make some changes so customers come back.cause it's not what it used to be.
