Our company ordered 20, 8 in. x 10 in. frames for a departmental project I'm working on. Our order arrived with the frames packaged and wrapped in sets of two. The frames were soundly wrapped, with bubble wrap between each frame, and the cardboard corner protectors intact.
Despite being carefully wrapped, the corners of four frames (that's 4 out of 20) are cracked and/or pulling apart at just one corner. This leads me to believe that it is an issue at the manufacturing level and not in the packaging or the shipping.
I will not order this product again for myself or my company.
Adding more 12/07/17: I wrote the company to let them know that I had an entire order of broken/unusable products and never received a response, not even a form letter.
