The Maids

Called for a one-time post renovation cleaning and was told I could not schedule a certain time but would be called the day ahead for their schedule on when they would come. Not practical for people who work and can't just hold a whole day open. Did not feel comfortable hiding a key and not meeting the people cleaning the house. Too bad because they just lost a potential customer for more work in the future.
