I would give ZERO stars if that was an option. I purchased a couch from this place that was on the higher end of the products they carried. When the couch arrived and it was only 89" as opposed to the 101" that I was promised I immediately contacted both Customer Service and the Sales Associate. It took nearly two months to resolve this issue. I had to fight with Customer Service who tried to low ball me and tell me there was nothing they could do. I ended up having to threaten them with charge backs & false advertising in order to get a full refund for sending me a couch that was not as advertised. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!!
