Lowell General Hospital

The staff inside the ER are very young and unprofessional. The last time I was there, a elderly woman in pain in the middle of the hallway at least a couple of hrs they wouldn't attend to her but I saw them laughing and on their phones behind their desks. They charge so much for services yet there are not enough rooms in the ER where oftentimes they need to put you in a hallway on a bed for hours. Yet they are always asking for a donation when they just rebuilt the hospital. Smh
