I can’t say enough about how wonderful this spa is. I have been to many spas over the years, and nothing even comes close to this spa and their wonderful staff. I have the one year membership and have gone there 20 plus times in the last three months. The Brazilian wax is virtually painless and they make you feel 100% comfortable. I have been to two top dermatologists in the last three years to get my skin breakouts under control. It wasn’t until I went to Lotus that the owner was able to do a skin peel and get me on the right facial products (which are included in the membership discount) to get my skin under control. Katherine (the owner) always asks when I call how I’m doing and how my skin is, which is impressive to remember me not only by name when I walk in but also what products I am using and what my last treatment was. Their spa is beautiful, when you walk in the door you are offered water, walked to the plush locker room, supplied with a robe and flip flops, and the rooms have their own private shower after a massage. The staff team is 100% professional, no gossip which goes on at virtually every hair salon and spa I have ever gone to. They do not push the products on you like many places, I have always been given samples to try and if they worked which they did I went back and purchased them with my 40% discount membership. They also have a great makeup line as well. I am so happy I stumbled upon this spa. I wish they did hair as well and it would be a one stop shop!! I have recommended many friends to try out this gem in Needham. Thank you Lotus!!
