DeScenza's in Framingham charged me $220 to resize my wedding rings and they made them way too big. Then they wanted to charge me to fix their mistake. What a disaster!
My husband had purchased a Rolex watch for me several weeks earlier at Long's and we received wonderful customer service. So I called Long's about the problem with my wedding rings. KIrk told me to come right in, and Long's fixed my wedding rings on a complimentary basis. Now that's great customer service. Long's put DeScenza's to shame! Thank you!
