Every time I shop here, I am assisted by staff who are more than helpful and courteous. A few years ago, I recall looking for an item that was out of season, and the staff person contacted the main office to check availability and ordered it for me. You could not ask for better service. Also, the store is meticulously neat and clean.

Not good. I ordered a jacket online then decided I wanted a different color. I called this store to see if they had the color and size. Store didn't pick up so it forwarded to an LL Bean call center. The rep confirmed this store had a full shipment in and there would be plenty in the store. I made the out of the way trip only to find out they had NONE IN STOCK! They get 2 stars because I returned the first jacket without paying shipping and they ordered the new color to be shipped to my house. Someone needs better training.

Loved it. Customer service reps were helpful and attentive even though it was busy. I am a dog trainer and I saw a few dogs in the store. Great experience. I will return for sure.
