Employee was very rude and would not let me cash my winning $500 scratch ticket. She gave me an attitude and said, "You need to go to Worcester! You need to go to Worcester!" while I was trying to explain to her that the ticket (AND the mass state lottery website) states, "prizes up to and including $600 may be claimed at any lottery agent or Lottery office." I will never step foot into this Cumberland Farms ever again.
