Great place to train if your in the area! I have a lot of family in the area, and whenever I can I try to train here at Lauzon's. I've trained at a lot of places in the past and have been doing martial arts for almost 8 years. This is the place that you want to train! Not only are the instructors top notch but also the talent at the gym is top tier. Plus this gym has some of the nicest and cleanest facilities I have been around.
